RH Peterson Outdoor Products
- Counts toward Fire Magic Grill or accessories sales from January 1 – December 31, 2025.
- Sale must include a Fire Magic grill or $2,000 in accessories.
- Claim must be submitted within 90 days of the retail sales date.
- A copy of the original invoice for each unit sold must be included with this form. Each invoice must clearly show the products, price, consumer’s name and address. The prices shown must conform with MSP pricing.
- Per IRS rules, W-9 is required in order to receive payment.

Winter Dealer Sales SPIFF

- Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn $50, $75 or $100 for each qualifying fireplace sold between February 1 – March 31, 2025, from an authorized Napoleon Dealer showroom.
- Submissions: Participants create an account and submit all sales details and invoices by April 30, 2025.

BUILT-IN GRILLS Incentive Program
- Models Included: Napoleon built-in grills and components
- Program Period: January 1 – June 30, 2025
- Submission Deadline: July 30, 2025
- Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn 2% of the retail value before tax of total Napoleon built-in grills and accessories sold between January 1 – June 30, 2025 from an authorized Napoleon Dealer Showroom.
