- Counts toward Fire Magic Grill or accessories sales from January 1 – December 31, 2025.
- Sale must include a Fire Magic grill or $2,000 in accessories.
- Claim must be submitted within 90 days of the retail sales date.
- A copy of the original invoice for each unit sold must be included with this form. Each invoice must clearly show the products, price, consumer’s name and address. The prices shown must conform with MSP pricing.
- Per IRS rules, W-9 is required in order to receive payment.

2025 Fall Dealer Sales SPIFF
- Program Period: September 16 – January 30, 2026
- Models Included: 85 eligible models with multiple tier rewards
- Submission Deadline: February 28, 2026
- Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn up to $100 for each qualifying Napoleon fireplace they sell, from an authorized Napoleon Dealer Showroom.
- Dealers can register and process direct through their user-friendly website and no limits to their earning potential!

On-going with SKUs updated monthly. This is your chance to pocket $20 for every grill you review—no ownership required, just your honest take.
- Login to NapoleonRewards.com.
- Go to the ‘Review our Products!’ program.
- Click the review link for your selected product.
- Share your insights (you don’t need to own the product; simply offer an honest, authentic experience and opinion based on your understanding of it).
- We handle all processing, no claiming necessary on your part.
- Once the review is published, we will automatically credit your Napoleon Reward Card and send you an email confirming your reward.

Wildfire SPIFF Program 2025
Dealer Sales SPIFF
Bundle extra rewards by selling additional products with a grill and earn an additional $75-$150!*
- Product Display Requirement: To qualify for SPIFF, vendors must prominently display Wildfire Outdoor Living Display Products.
- Participant Eligibility: SPIFF program is exclusively available to sales associates. Business owners are not eligible to participate.
- Submissions: All Spiff forms must be sent to AF Distributors, completed using form provided, along with proof of consumer purchase, and submitted to htyler@afdistributors.com.
- Only PDF or scanned copies of invoices will be accepted – no photos, please.
- SPIFF claims must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date.
- SPIFFs will not be paid for display items sold by dealers.
- SPIFF cannot be combined with approved builder projects.
- Dealer must be in good credit standing at the time of submittal.

Dealer Sales SPIFF
Increase your sales and increase your take home profits!
- Program Period: January 1- December 31, 2025
- Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn $50 – $175 for each qualifying Grill sold during the program period, from an authorized Summerset Grills showroom.
- Submissions: All Spiff forms must be completed using spreadsheet provided, along with proof of consumer purchase, and submitted to msmith@afdistributors.com
- Payment will be made by AMD Direct to the Retail Salesperson within 30 days of receipt of the completed spiff request.
- Salespersons earning $600.00 or more will be issued a 1099 at year’s end
- Salespersons must provide SSN for tax purposes.
- Dealer must be a displaying dealer with a minimum of 2 Summerset or
American Made Grills on the showroom floor - Dealer must be in good credit standing at the time of submittal
