American Made Grills Summer SPIFF Program 2026

Dealer Sales SPIFF 

  • May 25 – September 7th, 2026
  • SELL AMG Product – COMPLETE and submit form in link below – RECEIVE your reward upon approval
  • Submissions: All Spiff forms must be sent to AF Distributors, completed using form provided, along with proof of consumer purchase, and submitted to htyler@afdistributors.com.
  • Only PDF or scanned copies of invoices will be accepted – no photos, please.
  • SPIFF claims must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date.
  • SPIFFs will not be paid for display items sold by dealers.
  • AMG reserves the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, or late submissions
  • A completed and signed W-9 form is required before any SPIFF payment can be issued.

  • Counts toward Fire Magic Grill sales from January 1 –  December 31, 2026.
  • Sale must include a Fire Magic Stainless Steel Charcoal, an Electric Grill, Pizza Oven or a Built-in Gourmet Griddle.
  • Claim must be submitted within 90 days of the retail sales date.
  • A copy of the original invoice for each unit sold must be included with this form. Each invoice must clearly show the products, price, consumer’s name and address. The prices shown must conform with MSP pricing.
  • Per IRS rules, W-9 is required in order to receive payment.
  • Counts toward AOG Grill sales from January 1 – December 31, 2026.
  • Sale must include an AOG grill or built in gourmet griddle.
  • Claim must be submitted within 90 days of the retail sales date.

Programs

      • BUILT-IN GRILLS
        Models Included: Napoleon built-in grills and components
        Program Period: March 12 – July 8, 2026
        Submission Deadline: August 8, 2026
        Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn 2% of the retail value before tax of total Napoleon built-in grills and components sold between March 12 – July 8, 2026 from an authorized Napoleon Dealer Showroom.
      • Prestige  PRO
        Models included: Prestige PRO
        Program Period: March 12 – July 8, 2026
        Submission Deadline: August 8, 2026
        Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn $100 or $150 for each qualifying grill sold between March 12 and July 8, 2026,
        from an authorized Napoleon Dealer showroom.

Rewards: Rewards will be issued in the form of a MasterCard gift card. Sales associates will receive the gift card that will be reloaded bi-weekly as additional rewards are submitted and validated. There is no maximum limit on reward potential.
Taxable Income: Participants earning over $600 will receive necessary forms to report earnings as part of their taxable income.

Summerset Grills

Summerset Grill SPIFF Program 2026

Dealer Sales SPIFF
Increase your sales and increase your take home profits!

  • Program Period: January 1- December 31, 2026
  • Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn $50 – $175 for each qualifying Grill sold during the program period, from an authorized Summerset Grills showroom.
  • Submissions: All Spiff forms must be completed using spreadsheet provided, along with proof of consumer purchase, and submitted to htyler@afdistributors.com
  • Payment will be made by AMD Direct to the Retail Salesperson within 30 days of receipt of the completed spiff request.
  • Salespersons earning $600.00 or more will be issued a 1099 at year’s end
  • Salespersons must provide SSN for tax purposes.
  • Dealer must be a displaying dealer with a minimum of 2 Summerset or
    American Made Grills on the showroom floor
  • Dealer must be in good credit standing at the time of submittal

  • Program Period: May 1- December 31, 2026
  • Earning Opportunity: Sales associates earn $50 – $125 for each qualifying Grill sold during the program period, from an authorized True Flame Grills showroom.
  • Submissions: All Spiff forms must be completed using spreadsheet provided, along with Serial Numbers, sales price, and proof of consumer purchase, and submitted to htyler@afdistributors.com
  • Payment will be made by AMD Direct via gift card to the Retail Salesperson within 45 days of receipt of the completed spiff request.
  • Salespersons earning $600.00 or more will be issued a 1099 at year’s end
  • Salespersons must provide SSN for tax purposes.
  • Dealer must be a displaying dealer with a minimum of 2 True Flame Grills on the showroom floor
  • Dealer must be in good credit standing at the time of submittal

  • Participant Eligibility: SPIFF program is exclusively available to sales associates. Business owners are not eligible to participate.
  • Submissions: All Spiff forms must be sent to AF Distributors, completed using form provided, along with proof of consumer purchase, and submitted to htyler@afdistributors.com.
  • Only PDF or scanned copies of invoices will be accepted – no photos, please.
  • SPIFF claims must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date.
  • SPIFFs will not be paid for display items sold by dealers.
  • SPIFF cannot be combined with approved builder projects.
  • Dealer must be in good credit standing at the time of submittal.
